  • Responsible for Jabodetabek and surrounding area.
  • Handling and interpreting Distributor & Shops requirements and needs.
  • Developing long-term relationships with Distributor & Shops.
  • Persuading Distributor & Shops that product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
  • Fulfilling sales target that had been set by Company.
  • Have the ability to collaborate with related departments within the Company, to achieve the target.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and marketing events to the Distributor.
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Maximum 32 years old.
  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Technical Engineering (more preferable Civil or Architecture).
  • At Least 2 years experience, preferably from building materials or related industry.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets while effectively managing time and priorities.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations.
  • Willingness to travel beyond the Jabodetabek area.
  • Dynamic, aggressive and enterprising personality with ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Have a valid Driving License (SIM A).
